I started to jog slowly watching my breath fog in front of my face as I breathed in the cold night air.

Eventually I turned around and started to walk back towards my apartment. As I neared the parking lot, I was blinded by the headlights of a car. I stopped and shielded my eyes, waiting for the car to pass and then started walking again.

This is a very normal moment in my life. Much of worry comes from expecting special experiences. Just don’t expect. let experiences happen
