Excercise for 30 minutes Every day is an useless advice
When you complain of weight gain.You get some cliche responses.Excercise regularly, you will be fit or eat healthy is good advice.I agree, but the problem is it becomes difficult to apply this.
If it were so easy, there would not be any obese people on the planet.
No one tells how you should make this a habit consistently.i tried to do this but after couple of weeks failed and this happened many times.
One day I came across an article on ‘kaizen’.It is. a Japanese concept of taking very small steps to reach your goals.I felt so stress free.I decided to take small steps and slowly increase the time I was dedicated to excercise.It felt so easy to make it part of my life.
How wonderful it would be if everyone looking to lose weight is told about kaizen.
